What is the client’s involvement in the design process?
The project is discussed with the client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples and ideas they may have. At certain points of the process, the client will be asked for their approval before the work continues.

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
Upon receipt of final payment, the finished project is yours. At your request, we can supply the electronic files to you on CD or through email. We will keep a copy of your project on file for future updates.

Who owns the copyright for work dotty hippo design has done for me?
Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
